QuickMoverQuotes provides lead matching services to licensed moving companies. This page explains how lead credits, deposits, and billing work for partners using our platform.


Lead Credits & Deposits

Moving companies may fund their account with a deposit that is used to purchase lead credits. Each qualified lead delivered to a partner will deduct available credits from their balance.

Lead pricing and deposit amounts may vary based on market conditions, service areas, and partnership agreements.


Lead Delivery

A lead is considered delivered when contact information and moving request details are successfully sent to the partner.

QuickMoverQuotes does not guarantee:

  • booking conversions

  • move completion

  • customer availability

Leads represent consumer interest only.


Refunds & Credits

Deposits and lead credits are generally non-refundable, as leads are delivered in real time.

However, QuickMoverQuotes may review requests for credit adjustments in cases such as:

  • duplicate submissions

  • clearly invalid contact information

  • technical delivery errors

Credit decisions are made at our sole discretion.


Account Top-Ups

Partners are responsible for maintaining sufficient lead credit balances. When credits are depleted, lead delivery may pause until additional funds are added.


Changes to Pricing or Policy

QuickMoverQuotes may update lead pricing structures, delivery rules, or billing policies at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
